NPT® - The No.1 Choice for Trusts
The National Patient Toolkit™ is the number one choice for trusts looking
to involve all patient groups in their care.
NPT® is now being redefined across the NHS by Adult Trusts as the No 1 ALL inclusive
patient experience toolkit, in line with Lord Darziās remit of "Quality Care for
All", rather than just the usual suspects, as is the case for the majority of other
survey toolkits.

Reporting
The NPT Front Line Reporting system is available via staffs desk top computers and
provides live data through its simple to use real time reporting system.
- NPT automatically provides a series of basic graphs highlighting the responses to
every question, even while the survey is still live. Using the report wizard you
can select an individual question of a series of questions in order to interrogate
the data
- The Front Line Reporting system provides a snap shop previewer again unique to NPT,
which allows staff to select a time frame using an on screen slider, to track results
over a defined period of time for immediate comparison. This facility allows staff
to deal with any issue highlighted instantly.
- The system allows staff to filter any result using a simple cross tabulation function.
Effectively staff select a question, choose the demographic/area profile or other
question they wish to cross tabulate results by and the system automatically produces
the appropriate chart.
- Staff have access to a series of basic reporting options at the click of a button
which allow them to change chart type, colour, gradient and remove responses allowing
the results to be re based
- Information can be exported into any programme within the Microsoft Office suite
at the click of a button. This includes jpeg image files and straight data for excel
- The NPT has a built in fully automated reporting fuction. Staff select the outputs
they wish to show, select a template style from those available including child
and young person friendly options and press a button. The system automatically drops
the selected graphs into the chose format and also publishes with an appropraite
pre defined commentary. Patient executive summary forms are also available via this
option meaning staff can report back to patients instantly with the survey results
